Usually, I am okay with making dinner as long as it takes an hour or less. If it is going to take more time, it better be in a crockpot! This is a dinner I make when I am very lacking on time to cook and eat. This recipe is a no brainer and so yummy when its finished!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey (I used 93/7)

1/4 cup Basil pesto

1 box Veggie pasta

Roughly chopped spinach to taste

2 cloves of minced garlic

Italian Seasoning

Olive oil

1. Put pasta in boiling water. Set timer!

2. Add olive oil and garlic to hot pan

3. Add the turkey and stir until brown

4. Once the turkey is brown, add the chopped spinach and cook until it is wilted

5. Pour pasta and water into colander. Put pasta back into pot. Make sure stove it turned off!

6. Add turkey and spinach mixture to pasta. Mix.

7. Add pesto to pasta and mix.

Voila! A quick, tasty dinner! I timed it when I made dinner tonight, and it only took me about 12 minutes to prepare overall. This dish also makes great leftovers.
